This training program will take place between Monday, March 2nd through Friday, March 27th. Training will be Monday - Friday 5:15 - 7:15 PM at Lincolnia Park Recreational Club, with a Saturday option available as well!

Session Three Dates and Times:
The third session will span four weeks, from Monday, March 2nd to Friday, March 27th.
Weekday Clinics (Monday through Friday):

Saturday Drop-in Clinic:
● Time: 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM

Our goal is to develop our players in a setting with high intensity, discipline, and focus. We want all of our players to have clarity in the areas we aim to improve with them throughout the Winter. We will look to push players’ limits both physically and mentally to allow them to build confidence and trust in themselves and their training. This winter we look forward to building technical skills to further improve the player’s confidence.
