This training program will take place between Monday, February 2nd through Friday, February 27th. Training will be Monday - Friday 5:15 - 7:15 PM at Lincolnia Park Recreational Club, with a Saturday option available as well!
Future Stars Training Program
Session Two Dates and Times:
The second session will span four weeks, from Monday, February 2nd to Friday, February 27th.
Weekday Clinics (Monday through Friday):
● Sessions: 5:15 PM - 7:15 PM

Saturday Drop-in Clinic:
● Time: 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM

Our goal is to develop our players in a setting with high intensity, discipline, and focus. We want all of our players to have clarity in the areas we aim to improve with them throughout the Winter. We will look to push players’ limits both physically and mentally to allow them to build confidence and trust in themselves and their training. This winter we look forward to building technical skills to further improve the player’s confidence.
