Mitchell Frank

Mitchell's name has become synonymous with success in the tennis world. He has experience at every level, including competing in all the grand slams as a junior and the men's US Open twice as a pro. In addition, he is one of the most decorated tennis players in NCAA history, winning six National Championships and being ranked #1 in the country as a Freshman. In addition, he provided the clinching point in all three of the team National titles UVA won during his time in Charlottesville.

While his playing achievements are extensive, his mind for the game has always been his greatest asset. In his coaching career, he has taken a player from being unranked to playing Division III tennis at Mary Washington in under 6 months and is currently working with many players in the top 150 in the nation, including many players in the top 50. He has helped professional players and top ITF players reach their maximal potential as well. Mitchell believes in an intensely focused training environment where players learn to push their limits and develop their skills with a “need” to improve. He looks forward to helping all the players he comes in contact with develop a passion for the game and take their games to the next level. He also believes in providing full mentorship to his players, meaning they feel supported on and off the court!
