This training program will take place between November 5th through November 25th. Training will be Monday - Friday 5:15 - 7:15 PM at Lincolnia Park Recreational Club, with a Saturday option available as well!
Future Stars Training Program
Session Three Dates and Times:
The third session will span three weeks, from Wednesday, November 5th, 2025, to Tuesday, November 25th, 2025.
Weekday Clinics (Monday through Friday):
● Sessions: 5:15 PM - 7:15 PM

Saturday Drop-in Clinic:
● Time: 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM
● Location: Lincolnia Park Recreational Club, 6501 Montrose Street, Alexandria, VA
Our goal is to develop our players in a setting with high intensity, discipline, and focus. We want all of our players to have clarity in the areas we aim to improve with them throughout the Fall. We will look to push players’ limits both physically and mentally to allow them to build confidence and trust in themselves and their training.
